At Shake Wag & Roll, we carefully pack and ship every order with love for your furry friends. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your premium pet gear arrives safely and quickly.
Shipping Rates & Costs
  • Orders Over $50: We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States.
  • Orders Under $50: A standard flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 
Order Processing & Handling Time
  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
  • Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing your live tracking number.
Transit & Estimated Delivery Times
Our estimated delivery transit times are calculated from the day your package is picked up by the shipping carrier:
  • Standard Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • Please note: Total delivery time equals our handling time plus the carrier's transit time (typically 5 to 10 total business days from order placement to doorstep delivery).
Address Adjustments & Delivery Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, or if your tracking information states "Delivered" but you cannot locate the package, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at shakewagroll2@gmail.com. We will immediately investigate the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement or solution for you.
