Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
At Shake Wag & Roll, we offer flexible purchasing options including Subscriptions, Pre-Orders, and Try Before You Buy to give you the best shopping experience. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can modify or cancel them.
1. Subscriptions & Recurring Orders
When you purchase a subscription item, you sign up for automated, repeat deliveries. These shipments are processed automatically based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
- Billing: Your payment details are securely tokenized and stored by our payment processor. You will be automatically charged at the start of each delivery cycle unless you choose an advance-pay option.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their cycle unless cancelled.
- Cancellation & Changes: You can change your shipping frequency, update payment methods, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. Every order confirmation email contains a direct link to manage your subscription dashboard.
2. Pre-Orders
When you place a Pre-Order, you are securing an exclusive item that is currently out of stock, handmade to order, or arriving soon to our inventory.
- Billing Structure: Depending on the item, we may collect a partial deposit or zero payment at checkout. Your payment details are securely saved, and the remaining balance is automatically charged once the item is ready to ship.
- Cancellations: You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it enters the fulfillment process for a full refund of your deposit.
- Post-Fulfillment: Once a pre-order has been packaged and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, it is fully eligible for our standard 30-Day Return Policy once it arrives at your doorstep.
3. Try Before You Buy
Our Try Before You Buy option allows you to inspect and experience premium pet gear in your home before finalizing your purchase.
- Authorization: When you place your order, an authorization hold is placed on your credit card, but you are not immediately charged.
- Trial Window: Your trial period begins the day the carrier delivers your package. You have a set trial window to decide if the item is perfect for your pet.
- Charges & Returns: If you love the product and keep it past the trial window, your card will be automatically billed for the full retail amount. If you wish to return it, you must initiate a return via shakewagroll2@gmail.com before the trial window expires.
